Cancellation of Trips

Remember that a written notification of your cancellation must be sent to us immediately when you decide to cancel a trip package booked by you or on your behalf. The cancellation notice must be clearly given and should be valid with approval of the company. If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to departure, the original deposit will be forfeited. But if you decide to cancel the tour/trip in less than a day then you have to be aware that there will be no refund provided to you by the company.

And if by vice versa Nepal Travel Experience chooses to cancel your booked trip for any reason(s) which may occur then we will offer you another arrangements, and if the price of your substitute booking is of lesser rate than the original booking, we shall refund the difference to you. If the offered trip doesn’t comply with you then we have the right to terminate the trip to make a full refund of the amount paid. Nonetheless, we cannot be held legally responsible for any damages and claims during that period.

Note: Cancellation charge is 25% of the payment.
