Day to Day Itinerary
A cordial Namaste!! Welcome to Nepal, the land of religious tolerance and of course, world’s highest mountaintop, Mt. Everest aka Sagarmatha in Nepali dialect. Upon your arrival, we’ll meet you and exchange warm greetings. Subsequently, you’ll be transferred to your hotel where you can take a break and loosen up your tired muscles after a weary flight. At evening, you may take a stroll around the delightful market of Thamel and acquire few initial glimpses of the Nepalese community.
Overnight: Kathmandu City
Today, we will make our way around Kathmandu Valley aka “The living museum”, for a joyful sight-seeing tour. Before that, you’ll be asked to visit our office where we’ll have a meeting with regard to your upcoming escapade. As our sight-seeing tour sets in motion, we’ll come across Pashupatinath Temple, the most sacred shrine for Hindu devotees dedicated to Lord Shiva. An epitome of Hindu architecture; the temple complex is a cubic framework with four primary doors; all coated with silver leaves. The main temple inside the complex showcases Pagoda style construction with two storied roofs forged by copper, wrapped with gold sheets and a golden steeple. Thereafter, we’ll explore the sacred Buddhist stupas of Boudhanath and Swayambhunath. These two stupas complex boast vintage but phenomenal design and construction. Boudhanath complex has one of the largest stupas in the planet; whereas Swayambhunath complex harbours a stupa, a variety of shrines and temples, and some date way back to ancient times. Finally, we conclude our tour as we go round inside the Patan Durbar Square admiring metal, stone, and wood, stone sculptures, statues, and carvings. The earliest known interconnected structure in Kathmandu Valley consisting a royal palace, several royal bahals (courtyards), temples and Buddhist stupas; Patan Durbar Square is believed to exist since the earliest phase of the Nepalese history.

Today, we set off to Charaudi for a thrilling rafting adventure in white-water Trishuli River. It takes about 2-3 hours (depending on traffic conditions) on a private vehicle to cover about a distance of 82km. From this point onwards, we’ll get ahead with our rafts on 3 hours of mind-boggling rafting venture; navigating beyond prominent rapids such as Surprise, S Bend, Pinball, Upset, Ladies’ Delight, and many more (class II or III rapids), to Kurintar, the stopping place of our raft. Regarded as a low-risk rafting site for children, Trishuli river can deliver a chill in the spine of experienced rafters by presenting awe-inspiring class III + rapids on their way across the waterway. After a light lunch, we’ll make headway to Tanahun, which utilizes about 3-4 hours on a private vehicle. Here, we’ll observe the progress and achievements of a social project.
Overnight: Tanahun Village
Bidding farewell to the friendly natives of Tanahun Village, we progress to captivating Village of Bandipur (1,030m), which takes about 3-4 hours via personal means of transport. Positioned in the mountain foothills of western Nepal, this scenic village is a celebrated tourist destination to witness the natural splendour as well as classic but authentic traditions of ethnic Newar communities. Bandipur is encircled with picturesque and pristine landscapes which include panoramas of green hills, Rivers and terraced rice fields. These delightful settlements of Brahmins, Chhetri, and other indigenous communities exhibit astounding cultural diversity. The remarkable blend of history, fine arts, architecture, and mythical caves are paramount features of Bandipur. Not to mention, this village bestows prepossessing mountain vistas embracing Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Ranges. In addition, visitors are excited to observe mixed festivals and cultural programs of various communities. Subsequent to a pleasing tour of this dreamy village, we drive to Pokhara (2-3 hours via Prithvi Highway).
Overnight: Pokhara
Early in the morning, with some breakfast, we’ll set forth to Naudanda. This particular drive takes approximately 1hr via private vehicle. Hereafter, we tighten up our shoelaces and head to Sarangkot as our trekking journey kicks off. We now advance across numerous the Chettri and Brahmins adoring quaint countryside. After 3 hours of pleasant hike accompanied by exquisite mountain outlooks, we eventually arrive at Sarangkot (1,700m). Sarangkot is admired by the visitors for its heart-warming sunrise and sunset vistas. Additionally, this lovely village is well-renowned for the sublime panoramas including snow-covered mountains such as Annapurna (8,091m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,165m), Ganesh Himal (7,446m) and twenty-five other mountaintops measuring over 6,000m high. Captivated by these views, we now proceed for an exhilarating paragliding adventure. Later on, we enjoy a gentle sunset view as observed from Sarangkot.
Overnight: Sarangkot
Now it’s time to observe the breathtaking sunrise vista!! We wake up early in the morning in order to gaze this wonder of the Mother Nature. As alluring as the goddess of beauty herself, this elegant sunrise view from Sarangkot worth its weight in gold. Thereafter, we’ll have some breakfast then hike back to Pokhara. At Pokhara, we’ll have a break and some refreshment. Following that, we’ll now a Pokhara Sightseeing Tour. We’ll visit some of the city’s famous landmarks such as Davis Falls, World Peace Pagoda, Mahendra Cave and Phewa Lake, which reflects a pristine image of Mt. Machhapuchhre! We catch this site while doing boating within this lake. In Pokhara, you’ll always get more of nature than you have ever asked for!!
Overnight: Pokhara
This very day, you will set off on a scheduled drive back to Kathmandu via a tourist bus/private vehicle, which will take about 7-8 hours depending on traffic conditions. Travelling through serpentine road, you can watch the lovely terrain, local settlements, gushing white-water rivers and shimmering mountains as a background. Once at Kathmandu, you can rest and relax or utilize rest of your time via performing some last-minute nearby visit or shopping for souvenirs.
